Impact Practices
Our 14 Impact Practices (2026–2027)
A comprehensive set of initiatives designed to create an engaging, student-centred, and future-ready learning environment across all grades.
Plastic-Free Campus
Shrishti Schools promote environmental responsibility by maintaining a plastic-free campus, encouraging students and staff to adopt sustainable habits and reduce ecological impact — avoiding usage of plastic, using steel containers, creating a greener and cleaner environment for all.
Field Trips
Shrishti schools organise well-planned field trips for experiential learning opportunities, helping students connect classroom concepts with real-world application.
H2O Reminders
Regular H2O reminders are given to cultivate the habit of adequate water intake, supporting students' health, concentration, and overall well-being.
Agricultural Education
Agricultural education nurtures respect for nature and food systems by introducing students to basic farming practices and sustainability through gardening projects and farm visits. Students learn about the importance of agriculture, environmental stewardship, and the journey from farm to table.

English Enhancement Programme
This programme is tailored to all staff and students to strengthen their communication skills, vocabulary, and confidence in using English through structured and engaging activities.

Shrishti schools have a dedicated SDIC cell which focuses on developing practical skills, creativity, and innovative thinking essential for future readiness. It enhances teachers' skills by identifying areas of improvement and introducing innovative practices on par with global standards.
Research & Development Cell
The R&D cell encourages inquiry, critical thinking, and a research-oriented mindset among teachers and students. It undertakes various action research projects to enhance the teaching and learning experience and holistic growth of students.
