Skill Integration under NEP 2020
At Shrishti Schools, Vocational Education is offered to students of Grades VI to VIII through the NCERT-prescribed Kaushal Bodh Activity Book, in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The programme provides students with hands-on, project-based learning experiences through three Forms of Work: Work with Life Forms, Work with Machines and Materials, and Work in Human Services.
Through a variety of engaging projects and field-based activities, students develop practical skills, creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. The programme also nurtures respect for the dignity of labour, environmental awareness, social responsibility, and vocational competencies essential for the future.
By connecting classroom learning with real-world experiences, Kaushal Bodh empowers students to become confident, skilled, and responsible citizens.
